Caspar Martens Kerr is strategic, UX and service designer with an MSc in Industrial Design Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). He currently works as a consultant at Bredvid, where he has worked on developing an improved web portal for Telia Norway’s Enterprise customers. As a product of his Master’s thesis he founded Baluba Labs, which sought to improve socializing over group video chats, but ultimately failed for a number of reasons. During his studies he had internships at Spacemaker AI and Accenture, he worked for and was later promoted to partner at the student consultancy firm Junior Consulting AS and exhanged one year to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also participated in a variety of extra-curricular activities including being board member of the regional conservative student’s party (Høyres Studenter), head of mentors in his field’s student society and had various leading roles in the career organization Teknologiporten NTNU. He enjoys cross country skiing, movies and sailing, and is currently trying to electrify an outboard motor just for fun (and the environment - but mostly for the challenge).
